To provide a better and faster assistance regarding myPortal, we have utilized a support ticket system, where you can send concerns regarding UPOU's virtual classroom. Each ticket that you send is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track the progress/response to your request. This support ticketing system also provides you a complete archive/history of all your support requests

To send a request, you need to open a new ticket and provide the email address you registered in the UPOU Online Registration System (Student Portal). If you are an FIC please use the email address in your MyPortal profile.
